Melynda Lee

Melynda Lee is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience at SimiTree, where she has earned national recognition for her expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare operations. Her diverse background includes 8 years as a hospice administrator and HCBS development executive in Florida and Georgia, along with a decade of leadership at The New York Times Company as a marketing leader and publisher.
Melynda co-founded the Greater Atlanta Hospice-Veteran Partnership and has served on the board and education committee for the Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. She holds an MBA and an MA in HR Development from Webster University and serves as adjunct faculty. Her professional development includes a Digital Marketing Certification from Cornell University and a certificate in Instructional Design from ATD. As one of SimiTree’s Certified True Colors® Facilitators, Melynda guides client organizations in leadership development, communications, and team building.
A frequent speaker at state and national association conferences, including NAHC and NHPCO (now the National Alliance for Care at Home). She has completed the Management Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, the Executive Development Program of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Executive Development Program at the American Press Institute.
In her free time, Melynda enjoys cycling and hiking and exploring the great outdoors, which fuels her passion for environmental sustainability. She is also an avid reader and traveler and loves discovering new authors and historic places.
