SimiTree acquires Imark Billing, expanding its revenue cycle management services and strengthening its ability to provide scalable billing, coding, and reimbursement solutions for home health and hospice organizations nationwide.

SimiTree acquires Infinity Behavioral Health Services
The strategic acquisition expanded SimiTree’s footprint into the behavioral health sector. Infinity is a Florida- and California-based behavioral health company that specializes in providing services for Mental Health and Substance Abuse facilities, including billing, insurance collections, utilization management and consulting to increase profitability.

SimiTree acquired mental health data and IT consulting experts Afia to further serve clients’ data analytics needs. SimiTree acquired GreenpointMed to extend its billing and collections reach into the mental health space.
