Executive Leadership

Dr. Anthony Motsinger is a seasoned behavioral healthcare executive, clinician, and organizational psychologist with a comprehensive background in all facets of behavioral healthcare including outpatient, inpatient, residential, telehealth, and integrated behavioral healthcare. As the Vice President of Behavioral Consulting for SimiTree, Anthony leverages his expertise to provide strategic guidance and leadership to the behavioral health division.

Before joining SimiTree, Anthony served as Chief Operating Officer for a national psychiatry practice where he provided executive oversight to the c-suite and managed strategic growth for the organization. Anthony has also served in various executive roles for Fortune 500 companies as well as large not-for-profit health systems. Prior to his civilian career, Anthony proudly served in the United States Army and retired at the rank of Captain.

Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and French, a master’s in clinical social work, a master’s in human resources management, and a PhD in organizational psychology. He is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in multiple states. In addition, Anthony holds various certifications in behavioral health specialties, addiction counseling, integrated healthcare, nicotine dependence, and law enforcement.
