Tiffany is a visionary leader in the post-acute healthcare industry, with over a decade of experience transforming operations, driving growth, and delivering innovative solutions for home health, hospice, and palliative care organizations nationwide.

Her journey in healthcare began in 2012 as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Home Health Solutions, LLC, a premier firm specializing in coding and consulting services for home health and hospice providers. Under her leadership, the organization experienced significant growth and established itself as a trusted partner in the industry, ultimately leading to its strategic merger with Simione Healthcare Consultants in 2020. Following the subsequent integration of Simione with BlackTree Healthcare Consulting in 2021, Tiffany was appointed SVP of SimiTree’s Coding Division — one of the largest and most respected coding and OASIS review organizations in the post-acute space.

Since assuming this leadership role, Tiffany has been instrumental in scaling SimiTree’s coding operations, driving substantial revenue growth, expanding service lines, and implementing cost-effective, high-quality solutions tailored to the evolving needs of healthcare providers. Her strategic oversight has positioned the coding division as a leader in the industry, known for its accuracy, efficiency, and client-centric approach.

Tiffany’s leadership philosophy is grounded in fostering high-performing teams and leveraging innovative technologies to enhance quality, compliance, and operational performance. She leads a robust team of over 400 professionals, who pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.

An advocate for continuous learning and professional development, Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Park University, graduating summa cum laude. She served as President of her National Society of Leadership and Success chapter and holds certifications in Project Management, Human Resources, and Healthcare Leadership.
