Ellen Purdy is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth in healthcare technology. As Chief Financial Officer at SimiTree, she leads all financial operations — from strategic planning and capital allocation to financial reporting and investor relations — positioning the company for continued expansion in the high-growth behavioral health and home care markets.

Ellen's career is marked by successful value creation and strategic exits. Most recently, as CFO of Red Nucleus, a leading scientific services and medical communications provider to the life sciences industry, she guided the company through a transition from majority ownership by The Riverside Company to THL Partners. Previously, she served as CFO at Synacor, a cloud-based software and services platform, and at Outseer (formerly RSA Fraud & Risk Intelligence), a Symphony Technology Group-backed cybersecurity company.

Her deep healthcare technology expertise was honed as CFO of Office Practicum, the premier Pediatric and Behavioral Health EHR, Practice Management, and RCM services provider. There, she supported 30% year-over-year growth and orchestrated a successful exit from Bluff Point Associates to growth equity firm Pamlico Capital.
