Marti began her home health career in 2009 at a Virginia home health agency with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding. She served as an Administrative Coordinator, gaining expertise in ICD-10 coding, OASIS, and home health regulations, and earning her HCS-D coding and COS-C OASIS credentials. In 2015, she transitioned to a Quality Reviewer role at Home Health Solutions, a SimiTree legacy company, where she developed extensive experience in multiple EMRs, coding, OASIS, and plan of care reviews, while mentoring both new and seasoned coders.

Throughout her career at SimiTree, Marti has overseen both US and global coding teams, leading the success of over one hundred home health and hospice projects. Promoted to Senior Team Manager in 2023, she continues to focus on delivering high-quality services, driving process improvements, and ensuring client satisfaction. With a passion for leadership development, Marti’s collaborative style empowers teams to thrive in a challenging industry and achieve their goals.
