In her current role, Christina oversees operations for the Coding and OASIS department, leads the onboarding of New Agencies and Employees, and ensures that every process is efficient, people-centered, and aligned for long-term success. Whether she’s welcoming a new partner or mentoring her team, Christina is all about progress — not perfection.
