She began her career in social work, with early experiences that continue to shape her leadership style today — grounded in empathy, structure, and heart. In her current role, Christina oversees operations for the Coding and OASIS department, leads the onboarding of New Agencies and Employees, and ensures that every process is efficient, people-centered, and aligned for long-term success.
