Missy Gililland is Vice President of Operational Development at SimiTree, where she leads internal operations, enterprise initiatives, project management, and learning and development. She is responsible for driving strategy execution, operational excellence, and measurable business results across the organization.

She oversees enterprise-wide programs focused on operational performance, business process improvement, and systems integration, including the continuous optimization of core platforms. Her work centers on aligning teams, technology, and workflows to improve efficiency, increase data visibility, and enable more informed, data-driven decision-making.

Missy brings a strong people-centered approach to operational leadership, with a focus on collaboration, change management, and organizational alignment. She leads leadership training and development initiatives that build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and ensure teams understand the “why” behind change to drive adoption and long-term success.

Known for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, Missy brings structure, clarity, and accountability to enterprise transformation efforts. She is PMP-certified and a True Colors Certified Facilitator^®, and is committed to strengthening SimiTree’s internal capabilities, leadership development, and long-term organizational performance.
