Kristin Higgins serves as Director of Account Success at SimiTree, where she leads client success and revenue cycle management initiatives for post-acute healthcare organizations nationwide. With roots in the healthcare industry dating back to 2011, she has developed a specialized focus in home health and hospice since 2017.

In her current role, Kristin oversees a large Account Success team supporting hundreds of clients. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, operational expertise, and ability to translate complex revenue cycle data into actionable solutions. Her work spans home health and hospice revenue cycle management, client relationship management, strategic account oversight, accounts receivable optimization, payer escalation support, operational workflow improvement, team development, and data-driven performance analysis and reporting.
