Jacqueline (Jackie) King-Toliver has over 25 years of experience within the healthcare industry and found her niche of improving the revenue cycle within the professional side in 1996. She provides her insight and past experiences to maximize cashflow by creating best practices, guiding teams, and finding efficiencies within the revenue cycle as well as offers mentorship, training and coaching for leadership development.
Jackie leads all activities related to the health system’s revenue cycle management and works closely with each member within the organization to implement the overall strategy to align the delivery of revenue cycle services and programs across the health system. Her favorite motto is “Let the system work for you and you not work for the system.”
Jackie is a member of American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in Health Service Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
During her free time, Jackie enjoys teaching line dancing, volunteering with Meals on Wheels for seniors, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
